Custom Aluminum Extrusion Profile Mould. Metal H13 Aluminum Extrusion mould composites (MMCs) show improved strength and hardness than the matrix material but usually also a systematic decrease in fracture toughness. This may limit their application under conditions where the risk of catastrophic or premature failure is higher. The current research work deals with the production of a hot work tool steel (HWTS) reinforced with Partially Stabilized Zirconia (PSZ) aimed at improving the strength of the composite by taking advantage of transformation toughening effect of PSZ. The specimens were produced by Mechanical Alloying and Spark Plasma Sintering using different hard particles fraction (10 and 20%vol. PSZ) and size. The relationship between processing parameters, microstructure and mechanical properties was investigated. The hot compression strength of unreinforced steel and MMCs was investigated at different temperatures.According to the principle of Aluminum Profile extrusion die,it found the whole extrusion CAD framework for Aluminum diversion mould and porthole extrusion die.Using UG/OPEN API and UG/OPEN GRIP function to develop the extrusion die design system of Aluminum profile.it proved that the user could easily design the parametric Aluminum profile extrusion die by this system,which was a practical reference for the enterprise to reduce time of design mould and improve the production efficiency
